The Government Post Graduate (PG) college at Lansdowne is situated 32 Kms from Kotdwara on Meerut – Pauri Highway. It is well connected from Delhi, Haridwar, Rishikesh and Dehradun as well.

The Govt PG college established in 1972 in Lansdowne, Uttarakhand and running three streams Science, Arts and Commerce courses at under graduate level in fourteen subjects and P. G. classes in Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, History, Hindi, Pol. Sc., Economics and Commerce. The fourth faculty of education preparing for B. Ed. Degree is likely to be started in the next session.
