Institute of Management Studies (IMS) at Dehradun was started by the IMS educational Society, a non-profit body set up by the scions of the business world of North India in 1996. The Institute has been recognized by the HNB Garhwal University, Srinagar. IMS brings together the extensive experience and expertise of its faculty from important academic disciplines.
IMS Dehradun is a non-profit organization of the UNISON Group of Institutions set up under the auspices of IMS Society constituted in 1996 by a group of visionaries dedicated to the cause of changing the face of professional education in Northern India. It is a premier educational institution of the Country that fosters excellence in academics from formative years right upto professional expertise. It is a brainchild of industry leaders and academicians and has been delivering excellence in the field of professional education for one and a half decade now.
Currently, the Institute offers under-graduate and post-graduate programs in several streams of Management, Information Technology (IT), Law, and Mass Communication under the following four schools:
- IMS School of Management
- IMS School of IT
- IMS School of Law
- IMS School of Mass Communication
