Academics in MIS
The Secondary Section comprises of Grades VI to XII . At Grade VIII pupils will be required to opt for the ICSE stream or the GCE stream. ICSE and GCE 'O' level examinations are taken at the end of Grade X and the ISC examination at the end of Grade XII. The ICSE, ISC and the GCE 'O' level examinations are common external examinations. The ICSE and ISC examinations are conducted nationwide by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations), New Delhi, and the GCE 'O' Level examination by the University of Cambridge, Local Examinations Syndicate, U.K.

Activities in MIS:
On weekends there is a programme of entertainment, class outings and tuck shop. Entertainment includes video films, talent contests, parties, fancy dress or fashion shows and other programmes organised by a committee of secondary school pupils.

Registration and Admission process in Mussoorie International School
Apply for registration and prospectus. For Registration and prospectus one has to send Rs. 500/- Demand Draft in favour of MIS Mussoorie.

Students have to undergo an aptitude test in English and mathematics to test their basic knowledge in the grade which they are applying for. After the successful aptitude test the admission is confirmed and the parents will be sent a full package of the school rules and regulations and the documentation and formalities required.
