The school provides a safe and secure campus for the students with high boundary walls, reinforced at the top by electrified wire fencing. CCTVs are positioned at all entrances and exits, primarily to complement the non-invasive security system. A fire alarm and fire fighting system adds to the security.

Affiliations

The School is affiliated to the prestigious Council of Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi for (I.C.S.E & I.S.C) and follows their curriculum from Grades IV to XII. The Academic Year begins on first of April every year.

The School is also a Registered Center for CIE (University of Cambridge International Examination) offering the IGCSE (IX - X) and A / AS Level (XI - XII) curriculum.

Admission Procedure

UWS shall seek girl candidates from diverse social and cultural backgrounds who demonstrate a desire to continuously learn and grow. The school’s academic session commences in APRIL each year. The year is divided into 2 terms as follows:

CISCE

1st Term - April 01 to September 30.
2nd Term - October 01 to March 31.

IGCSE

Grade -IX
1st Term - April 01 to September 30.
2nd Term - October 01 to March 31.

Grade -X
1st Term - April 01 to September 30.
2nd Term - October 01 to June 30.

A/ AS Level

Grade -XI
1st Term - July 01 to September 30.
2nd Term - October 01 to March 31.

Grade -XII
1st Term - April 01 to September 30.
2nd Term - October 01 to June 30.

Registrations open for Grade -4 to Grade-9 & Grade-11 for the Session 2012-2013.
