The Corbett Suman Grand resort is located right at the edge of the Corbett Tiger Reserve, the River Kosi rushing by on one side. The Suman Grand resort in Corbett situated at Garjia near Kosi River and 4 kms from Bijrani Park Gate. The Bijrana gate of the Reserve is 12 kms away while the Ramnagar railway station and bus stand lie at a distance of 15 kms.

Corbett Suman Grand serves 24 air conditioned rooms at the resort which can easily accommodate 66 adults in all. The rooms stand alone with private sit outs offering views of the surrounding mountains. All rooms are equipped with modern amenities such as telephone, tea & coffee maker, sofa chairs, wardrobe, a life size mirror and luggage rack. There is also a fireplace in the rooms that can be lit during chilly winter months. Washrooms have round the clock hot and cold running water with a geyser, shower and bath amenities such as moisturiser, shampoo, soap, shower cap and fresh towels are also provided.
