Cancellation Policy:

Alcoholic drinks
Bringing personal liquor / alcoholic drinks and or consumption is strictly prohibited inside the resort premises as per hotel policy & directions of Department of Excise – Uttarakhand.

General T&C

• No outside food, beverages & liquors are allowed in resort premises.
• Indoor hot water pool, steam & sauna bath (for adults only above age the age of 14yrs)
• Extra Bed Rs. 600/- per bed/per night. One extra bed/ mattress can be accommodated in one room.
• Drivers & domestic employees are not allowed in restaurants & other public areas of the resort.

Guest ID Proof
For security reasons & instructions as per Uttarakhand Government its mandatory for all guests to carry & present one of the ID’s (i.e. Driving License, Election Commission Card, Passport) at Front Desk during check in formalities.
