Check Out Timings: 11 AM, Check In Timings: 1 PM. If arrival time is not mentioned, the reservations will be released at 6 PM.

Cancellation Policy
Within 15 days of Arrival Date/ No Show: No Refund
However, the following deductions would be levied:
15 Days to 30 Days prior to Arrival - 50% of the total package cost.
30 Days & More- No Deductions would be levied.
Guarantee and cancellation policy for reservations from 23rd December, 2008 to 3rd January, 2009

For all reservations, a non-refundable deposit, equivalent to 50% of the total accommodation charges, is required within 7 days of making a reservation.

Payment of balance, 50% of the entire accommodation charges, is required at least 45 days prior to arrival. This amount will also be non-refundable.

If the advance payment is not received, the reservation will be cancelled.
Child Policy

Two children, up to 5 years of age, can stay in their parents' room without an additional charge. However, no extra bed will be provided. Extra bed for children will be @ Rs. 600 per night per bed.

Any extra occupancy above 5 years of age will be charged @ Rs. 750 per night with extra bed.

In case of non-availability of rooms at our respective hotels for reasons, the Hotel would be arranging alternative/ similar accommodation.
