How do I login?What is my login ID?

Use your Email as profile ID and your password for login. You can also use your previously chosen Profile ID or your new Numeric ID for login. Go to Login page.

I forgot my Password. How can I get it? How to retrieve Password?

You can reset your password using your email or profile id. Click here to Reset your Password

I have forgot my Email and Profile ID. How do I login now? How to login when Email and Profile ID are lost?

Using Features

How do I contact the Profiles I like? Contact other members.

There are 3 ways to contact the profiles you liked.

On the profile page of any member, you will see the following options
1. Connect
When you click "Connect", a message is sent to the member expressing your intent to discuss further possibilities. If the member "Accepts" your connect request, you will be able to send custom messages to the member and even exchange your contact numbers.
2. Send Message
You can send personalized messages to other members. This feature is available to Premium Member only.
Users with free/trial membership will be able to send personalized messages to the members who have accepted their connect requests. However, this feature is available for 10 days only, effective from the date of registration.
3. View Phone
You can directly view the Mobile Number of the member and contact them over phone. This option is available to Premium Members only!

How can I block a member? Blocking a user.

If you do not want to receive messages from a member or disallow them from viewing your mobile number, you can block them. Go to profile page of the member by click on its profile id. Below the member's photo, you can see an option to "Block Profile". Click on "Block Profile" button to block the member.

What is a Fav Profile? Favourite Profile.

If you liked a profile and want to save them to a shortlisted list of Favourite profiles, click on "Add to Fav" button on the profile page of the member. To see the saved (Fav) members, click on "Preferences >> Fav Profiles" in the left sidebar.

Profile Management

How do I upload Photos in my profile? Can I upload photos in my profile?

Login into your profile. Click on "My Profile" in left sidebar. You will see a button saying "Upload Photos" on "My Profile" page. You can upload upto 4 photos.

How do I edit my matrimonial profile? Can I change the information entered during registration?

You can definitely edit your matrimonial profile after registration. Login into your Profile and click on "My Profile" in left sidebar. Click on "Edit" link next to the section you want to edit. In the page that appears, you can edit/update the information.
Few details like your Name, Date of Birth can be edited only once!

How do I change my Mobile or Email? Updating contact information.

Login into your profile. Click on "My Settings" in the left sidebar. In the page that appears, you can choose to edit your Email, Mobile or Password.
Whenever you change your Mobile or Email, you will be required to verify the same.

How do I verify my Email? Verifying email address.

Upon registration or everytime you change your email, we will send you a verification message on the new email address you provide. Login into your email account and open the message from eUttaranchal. Click on the "Verification Link" provided in the email. You will see a verification confirmation message on the screen.

How do I verify my Mobile Number? Verifying mobile number.

Login into your profile. Click on "My Settings" in the left sidebar. You will see your mobile number listed on the page. If the number is correct, click on "Verify Mobile" link below the mobile number. In the next page, click on "Send OTP" button to receive an OTP on your mobile. Enter the OTP on the page to verify your mobile.

After purchasing a membership, you get following benefits

  • Profiles of paid members are shown before the free members during the search.

The payment for membership can be done through our website only. You can make the payment using Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets like Phone Pe, Amazon Pay or UPI.

Yes, you can cancel your membership anytime by citing the reasons for cancellation of membership within 30 days of purchasing the membership. The refunds are only considered if you are not satisfied with profiles you are getting and you have not utilised the membership features. We will review the usage of your membership eg number of mobile numbers viewed, number of customized messages sent etc and will calculate the refund amount based on that.
