Dehradun, Jun 22 (PTI) All clearances regarding the 300-MW Lakhwar hydel project in Uttarakhand would be issued by July 15 and its construction is expected to begin by August this year, a top Uttarakhand Jal Vidyut Nigam Ltd (UJVNL) official has said.
UJVNL Chairman Subhash Kumar said this assurance was given to him in a meeting by Union Water Resources Secretary Dhruv Vijay at New Delhi, according to an official release.
