Rudrapur, Jul 4 (PTI) Two days after dismissal of a PIL by the Uttarakhand High Court pertaining to former Sitarganj MLA Kiran Mandal resignation case, its petitioner Gurdip Singh Chauhan today alleged some senior BJP leaders had misled him to file the petition.
