Dehra Dun, May 17 (PTI) Uttarakhand Chief Minister Vijay Bahuguna today asked the officials concerned to constitute a monitoring committee to keep control over executing agencies working on infrastructure development projects under JNNURM and Asian Development Bank (ADB). During a review meeting here, Bahuguna said the monitoring committee should be headed by Garhwal division Commissioner. The chief minister also asked the officials to prepare proposals for construction of subways at crowded places of the capital like Clock Tower, railway station and Ashtley Hall. He also asked the officials to prepare concrete action plan for regularisation of slum areas and constitute a committee to monitor the works.
