Opening of Yamunotri & Gangotri temples marks the commencement of Char Dham Yatra

The opening of portals of Yamunotri & Gangotri temples on the occasion of Akshay Tritiya marks the beginning of Char Dham Yatra 2010.

The temples of Kedarnath and Badrinath will be thrown open for the public on May 18 and 19 respectively.
