Uma Devi Temple: Uma Devi Temple and Karna Temple are one of the major attractions of Karnaprayag. Karnaprayag is named after Karna of Mahabharata. Karna worshipped Sun God here to acquire impregnable shield. After a cycle of twelve years, Goddess Uma's idol is taken out in a grand procession to her maternal place at Dimmer village. The temple holds esteemed importance for the locals.

Nauti Village: It is the inaugural point of the greatest and longest Nanda Devi Raj Jat Yatra. The yatra is one of the longest pilgrimage tour covered by foot into the strenuous path endowing profuse natural beauteousness which can leave anyone spellbound. The yatra is done once in 12 years. The Nauti village is said to be the home of Goddess Nanda. This yatra was last completed in the year 2000 and next is going to commence in 2012.
