Omkareshwar Peeth: This sacred temple is one of the oldest in the country and it houses the deities of Lord Kedarnath and Madmaheswar during the winter months. The deities are brought here from Kedarnath after Diwali and from Madmaheswar in November end. These deities are taken back in a procession to their original temples in the month of May.

Guptkashi: Guptkashi is situated 13km from Ukhimath. Guptkashi is situated on the mountain facing Ukhimath. Himalayan peaks are clearly visible from Gupkashi. Kashi, Vishwanath, temple Ardhnareshwar temple and Manikarnika Kund and two streams of Ganga and Yamuna are main attraction.
