New Delhi to Dehradun Bus Service

Deluxe, Volvo, Semi-deluxe and ordinary Uttarakhand State buses depart every hour from ISBT, Kashmere Gate in New Delhi. There is also an overnight deluxe A/C service run by Uttarakhand Tourism. It is a six to seven hour journey from Delhi. However, the bus station is located about 5-6 km from the centre of the town.

There are various private bus services as well from New Delhi to Dehradoon. At Dehradun, the two bus terminals are : Delhi Bus Stand on Gandhi Road, which is an inter state bus stand; and Mussoorie Bus Stand at the Dehradun Railway Stadium offering bus services to Mussoorie and other destinations in the Himalayan region.
