Brief: Uttarakhand traditional sweet dish prepared from Pahari red rice (Lal Chawal).
- Pahadi Rice – 1 cup
- Coconut – 5-6 small long cut pieces
- Water – 1 1/2 cups
- Jaggery – 1/2 cup
- Wash and soak rice for 20 minutes.
- Drain and keep it aside.
- Heat the water in a pan and add Jaggery.
- Cook the rice with Jaggery water and Coconut pieces.
