Admission in Ann Mary School
Application for registration of names for admission should be made during the time when the registration is open. A passport size photograph of the child and one photograph of the child with both the parents should be submitted along with the registration form available from school office. An authentic birth certificate and a transfer certificate (where applicable) must be submitted along with the registration form. Once submitted, the registration fee cannot be refunded.
After registration, an appointment with the child will be given to test his/her capability. After this procedure the school will be taking the decision about admission. Registration therefore does not entitle to admission automatically.
Admissions to Play Class (PKG)
Play Class is a reception class for school beginners. Minimum age required for the admission must be from 2 years and 6 months as on 1st of April of the year.
Admissions to Lower Class (LKG)
Minimum age required for the admission must be 3 years and 6 months as on 1st of April of the year.
Admissions to Upper Class (UKG)
Minimum age required for the admission must be 4 years and 6 months as on 1st of April of the year.
Admissions to Class I
Minimum age required for the admission must be 5 years and 6 months as on 1st of April of the year. Add one year for every higher class. In all classes, except PKG and CL I, children are only admitted as per the vacancies available.
