Situated in Kathgodam, Nirmala Convent School is a senior secondary Christian minority school that has classes from Kindergarten to XII. Established in 1968, the school is affiliated to CBSE and prepares students for the All India Secondary School (Class IX-X) and the Senior School Certificate Examinations (class XI-XII). It has English as a medium of instruction.

- All students are expected to come to school in a clean and tidy school uniform. Punctual and regular attendance is insisted upon.
- Students will not be admitted to the school without the transfer certificate from the school last attended.
- If the student is absent without leave for more than ten working days in succession, his/her name will be struck off the register and re-admission will be granted only after the payment of re-admission fees.
- If a student is absent due to illness or any other valid reason, the Principal should be informed about it immediately by a note from the guardian.
