The Camp Five Elements, Kaudiyala offers 31 Deluxe tents with attached bath with running hot and cold showers. The size of the living area is 10 x 12 ft with a twin bed with high quality mattresses. Bath areas are of the size 12 x 5 ft, along with a wash basin, mirror, and hand-held shower. Separately made toilet tents have dry-pit toilets (the only toilets allowed as per Reserved Forest camping regulations), with western style commodes over a pit. The toilets are sanitized by lime powder. The accommodation Tents are weather proof and well ventilated with roll up windows.

The Camp Five Elements thus provides every necessary modernity to ensure a hassle-free accommodation in the midst of natural surroundings. Our facilities and services are oriented towards making your Rafting and Rishikesh adventure tour smooth and extremely pleasurable.

Note*: Special offers and Tariff not valid during Independence Day (12-15 Aug 2011) Christmas and New Year Period (23 December 2011 - 2 January 2012) & Holi (08-11 March 2012), Good Friday (06-08 April 2012)

*Children below 14 years, heart patients, expecting mothers, people with serious ailments are not permitted for rafting. However River Guide can permit rafting for children after personally meeting the child for certain stretches of the river only.

Terms and Conditions

• Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of full advance amount.
• All the rates mentioned are valid for Indian Nationals Only. Tarrif for Foreign Nationals/NRIs are on request
• Check Out Timings: 11 AM, Check In Timings: 1 PM. If arrival time is not mentioned, the reservations will be released at 6 PM.
• The applicable tarrifs, packages are subject to change without prior intimation.

Cancellation Policy

Within 15 days of Arrival Date/ No Show: No Refund
However, the following deductions would be levied:
15 Days to 30 Days prior to Arrival - 50% of the total package cost.
30 Days & More- No Deductions would be levied.
Guarantee and cancellation policy for reservations from 23rd December, 2008 to 3rd January, 2009

• For all reservations, a non-refundable deposit, equivalent to 50% of the total accommodation charges, is required within 7 days of making a reservation.
• Payment of balance, 50% of the entire accommodation charges, is required at least 45 days prior to arrival. This amount will also be non-refundable.
• If the advance payment is not received, the reservation will be cancelled.

Child Policy

• Two children, up to 5 years of age, can stay in their parents' room without an additional charge. However, no extra bed will be provided. Extra bed for children will be @ Rs. 600 per night per bed.
• Any extra occupancy above 5 years of age will be charged @ Rs. 750 per night with extra bed.
• The Applicable Tariff packages are subject to change without prior intimation.
• Taxes as per Government notification.
• In case of non-availability of rooms at our respective hotels for reasons, the Hotel would be arranging alternative/ similar accommodation.  
• All jurisdictions are subject to Nainital District only.
• Confirmation is subject to force majeure clause.
