Palampur is a beautiful hill station located in Kangra Valley in Himachal Pradesh, It is located at a distance of 35 km from Dharamsala. The total trekking distance of the Triund trek is 6 km. May, June, September, October, and January to March are the best months to visit on this trek. It is easy to moderate grade trek in Himachal Pradesh which attracts all levels of trekker to this place.

Laka Glacier Trek

Laka Glacier is located in Kangra valley and it offer you an adventurous experience and as you reach the top, the panoramic views of snow-covered mountain ranges would be a glorifying scenery to witness. Laka Glacier trek is approximately 13 km long. The difficulty level of this trek is easy to moderate grade. This trek will give you an adventurous experience. It is a popular trek because of its short duration and beginner-friendly trek.

Guna Devi Temple Trek

Guna Devi temple is located at an altitude of 2300 m above sea level. Guna Devi Temple is a Hindu temple which is dedicated to the Hindu Goddess Kali. Guna Devi Temple trek is an easy trek which is the best trek for beginner level trekkers. It is nestled in oak and deodar forests in the Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh. It is one of the religious and most holy places to visit in McLeod Ganj. Guna Devi Temple is located at a distance of 8 Km away from the place of McLeodganj.

Bhagsu Nag Trek

Bhagsu is a small village which is situated at a height of around 2100 meters above sea level near Mcleodganj in Dharamshala district of Himachal Pradesh. Bhagsunag Temple is dedicated to the snake god and to Lord Shiva. The Bhagsu village is located at a distance of 2 km from Dharamshala. A freshwater spring flows through the temple in which pilgrims take a holy dip. Bhagsu trek is an easy trek in Himachal which is the best for beginner level trekkers and you don’t need any prior trekking experience to do this trek. 

Bara Bhangal Trek

Bara Bhangal is situated at an altitude of 4875 m above sea level. Bara Bhangal trek offers you to witness the majestic view of Dhauladhar and Pin Panjal range. It is an alpine terrain between the Kullu Valley and Dharamshala is one of the most spectacular and little known regions of the Western Himalaya. The best time to do this trek is in the pre-monsoon month of June or in the post-monsoon months of mid-September and October. It is one of the most difficult treks in Himachal Pradesh.
