Quality Inn - The Den Resort is one of the oldest jungle resort in Corbett Reserve Forest (Uttarakhand, India) overlooking the Kosi River offers good fishing and swimming. The resort offers fully furnished wood-panelled stone cottages in a leafy mango orchard, attached baths, multi-cuisine restaurant, cocktail lounge and beautiful gardens.

The Den resort is spread over 13 acres of reserve forest land, surrounded on three sides by thick Sal forest hills and gentle murmuring Kosi river flowing down the other side. In old times when even Corbett Park was not in existence, the spot had been used by British government as their Governors jungle camping and hunting ground. It is situated amidst the wilderness of Corbett National Park. Quality Inn The Den Resort is a luxurious resort located in the foothills of the Kumaon offering tranquil environs. The surrounding area of the resort is an ideal spot for bird watchers and wildlife lovers.

Quality Inn - The Den Resort is accessible by road and is about 300 Kms. (six hours drive) from Delhi via Moradabad, Kashipur and Ramnagar. From ramnagar the Resort is an exciting 29 Kms. drive through dense Sal forest. The resort is 11 Kms From Dhangari (main entrance of Corbett Park), 90 Kms from Nainital and 65 Kms from Ranikhet hill Stations.

Rooms Information

The Den Corbett Resort provides accommodation facilities in 40 cottages. The cottages are categorized as Standard Cottages (10), Duplex Cottages (02), Deluxe Family rooms (08), Tree Top Cottages (02) and Deluxe Cottages (18). The interiors of Standard Cottage are done using wood,Jute and bamboo. The cottage is equipped with a mini refrigerator, tea and coffee maker. Family cottage comprises of a king size bed, mini bar and tea and coffee facility. There are two comfortable cane chairs, a writing desk, a large suitcase rack, clothes cupboard, telephone,a television set with basic channels,a working fireplace and an air-conditioner. Duplex cottage is river side facing with an expansive deck area, chairs and coffee table. Accommodation for drivers are also provided in a dormitory with a space of 15 to 20 materesses.

The main restaurant of the Quality Inn Den resort is ‘Tigers Bite’. Delicious buffet meals are served in the restaurant. The in-house bar of the resort serves an extensive list of Mocktails & Cocktails personally chosen from a variety of interesting and alternative brands. The Tiger Den also houses a coffee shop.
