Bagwali Pokhar Fair is religious fair of Kumaon, Uttarakhand celebrated on Yam Dwitiya (Bhai Dooj). It is celebrated in October/November, depending on the dates of Bhai Dooj.

Significance of Bagwali Pokhar Fair
It is believed that Kauravas visited Bagwali Pokhar during exile when they were in search of Pandavas. On Bagwali Pokhar Mela ceremony of offering oda with nagadas, shankhanad and two pair of drums take place. Incredible local Sarankar dance is also performed. The folk dances and songs performed reflect the pristine heritage of the state.
