Friendship Peak trek is situated at an altitude of 5289 meters above sea level. This trek is located in the Beas Kund Area and to reach Friendship peak you have to pass through rocky moraines, glaciers, forests and a lush green valley.

Detailed Trekking Tour Plan for Friendship Peak

Day 1: Arrive in Manali
 Arrive in Manali after overnight Road Journey. Have a leisure day and explore Manali. Night Stay in Manali.
 
 Day 2: Manali - Dhundhi (drive) - Trek to Lady Leg Base Camp (4572 mts)
 Initially the hike will pass threw small bushes and deodar forests and end into large bugyal. The trek offers panoramic beauty of various mountains as we trek to Lady Leg Basecamp. Some of the notable peaks which can be seen today are the Seven Sisters, Deo Tibba, Hanuman Tibba, Shetidhar & other Pir Punjal mountains. You can camp at Lady Leg facing the gigantic Hunuman Tibba.
 
 *Note: This trek can also be started from Solang as well, with this trek you have to stay at Bakarthach (3050 mts). One also trek via Beas Kund Camp as well to each Friendship Peak.
 
 Day 3: Lady Leg Base Camp - Advanced Base Camp (4815 mts)
 After early breakfast, we will head towards the Advanced Basecamp. The advanced camp is close to the glacier snout and is generally set above the moraine rocks. Glacier and open crevasses can be seen from this Advanced Base Camp.
 
 Day 4: Friendship Peak Summit (5290 mts)
 This day have to wake early in the morning so that we can reach the col of the Mountain around sunrise. Now, the Crampons and Ice Axes will be used for traversing glacier slopes and the rope would be fixed for an ease of climbing. For beginners, it is going to be tough and the thin air will test the spirit of mountaineering where the climbers will be having a challenge to summit the top before afternoon and start the return journey safely. After Summit, we will get down to Advance Base Camp.
 
 Day 5: Buffer Day
 This is important, in case one is unable to climb the summit, due to any reason such as climatic conditions, acclimatization issues or any other unforeseen conditions.
 
 Day 6: Base Camp - Dhundhi - Manali
 This day we will trek down with good pace to reach Dhundhi and then drive back to Manali.
 
 Day 7: Departure from Manali
