It starts with forests of pine and broadleaf, and slowly transitions into grasslands, with patches of deodars and pine.
Best Time to Visit Kareri Lake Trek
May, June, September, and October are the best months to do Kareri Lake Trek. We suggest you avoid trekking here in the monsoon season because it witnesses heavy rainfall which occurs in landslides and the trek route will get slippery and dangerous for trekkers. The temperature of this place changes with the season. The temperature goes up to 43 degrees during the summer season and goes negative in the winter season.

Day 3: Trek from Kareri Lake to Kareri Village to Dharamshala
After breakfast, start your trek back to Kareri Village from Kareri Lake. After reaching Kareri Village drive to Dharamshala. Our services will be finished once you reach Dharamshala.
