Note: Please read these instructions carefully before filling up the online marriage application form in Uttarakhand.

- Before filling up the online form make sure your know from whom you certify that certified form.
- The age of BrideGroom/Husband must be 21 year and above.
- The age of Bride/Wife must be 18 year and above.
- e -Registration No. will be valid for 30 days after filling up Online Application form
- Any one of the following place should fall within the jurisdiction of the Registering officer.i) Permanent Residence of Bridegroomii) Solemnization Place

2. After clicking on login, the below page/form will appear. Fill it and then click on next.
Note: If date of marriage is within a year then it is mandatory to fill priest details.
3. After clicking on next, the new form will appear where you have to fill the all the desired information of Bridegroom/Husband details & Bridegroom/Husband father details.
Note: Select Unmarried in Status option because for govt. you are unmarried without certificate
4. After clicking on next, the new form will appear where you have to fill the all the desired information of Bride/Wife's details & Bridegroom/Wife's father details.

5. After clicking on next the below page will appear, fill up the both witness details.
6. After clicking on next the below page will appear, fill up the desired info.
7. Click on submit button to submit your application.
Proof Required for online marriage certificate in Uttarakhand
- Marriage: Wedding Invitation (Or), Temple/church Marriage Receipts (Or), Any proof of marriage solemnization.
- Residence: Voter Id Card (Or), RationCard (Or), Driving License(Or), Passport or Visa
- Age: Birth Certificate (Or), School /college certificate (Or), Passport or Visa,
- Witness: Id card for minimum two witness to be produced
