Job Description
- Verifying the user details at eUttaranchal Matrimonial
- Assisting the members to fill in the right details in their eUttaranchal Matrimonial profile
- Send emails & alerts to the matched profiles
- Calling Free Enrolled Clients of Matrimonial Site and converting them to paid clients.
- Managing collections & generating relevant MIS reports.
- Customer servicing and follow ups
- Attending Walk-In clients.
Desired Profile
- Any Graduate - Fresh/ Experienced
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong writing skills in English
- Should be proficient with Computers and Internet browsing
- Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Should have sales flair and customer handling skills
- Knowledge of Kumaoni or Garhwali language would be a bonus
- Knowledge of the diverse communities in Uttarakhand would be an added plus

Job Description
- Hotel Booking Management
- Responding to customer’s requests and assists travelers with all needs.
- All Travel related documentation.
- Attending walk-in clients and calls
Desired Profile
- Having relevant Experience in travel industry.
- Handle all the issues related to travel desk independently.
- Good Verbal & written communication in English and Hindi
- Preferably a Diploma holder in Travel and Tourism.
- Capable of independently making itineraries for travel groups/issue hotel vouchers
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Good internet skills
- Knowledge of various tourist destinations in Uttarakhand would be an added plus
