Mussoorie Winterline Carnival 2016 is a cultural festival making a unique bonding with the hill state's tradition and culture. Celebrations will start from 25 Dec to 30 Dec 2016 and features a mix of musical and cultural performances, fun games and other enthralling activities.
The 4th edition of Mussoorie Winterline Carnival begins on 25th till 30th December 2016. Driven by the local communities since 2013, Mussoorie Winter Line Carnival is one of the most successful cultural festivals of Uttarakhand.
The carnival focused on promoting Garhwali culture and conserving local heritage. The MWLC has attracted locals and visitors from all walks of life.The entire town would bear a festive look during this event and the entire Mall road as well as all the shops and hotels would be nicely decorated. The carnival promises to attract people of all ages and has been planned to cater to diverse interests of the tourists.
MWLF 2016 hosts various events and activities around art, culture, music, heritage, adventure and ecological conservation over the duration of 6 days creating a flurry of excitement and discovery around the Queen of Hills.
