Cancellation Policy
Cancellation done before 10 Days of check in-date - full refund, between 10 to 5 days 50% retention. Within 5 days - no refund.
If a booking is cancelled or changed by the customer, the original confirmation email and Booking ID / Vouchers that was generated will become null and void & banking service fee of Rs. 250 applicable for cancellation.

Hotel Policy
- The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-15 years.
- The booking conformation is subject to receive the full payment before check-in only.
- It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in, Driving License, Voter ID Card, PAN or Passport will be considered as a valid photo ID. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in.
- The inclusion of 'extra bed' with a booking is facilitated with a mattress as an extra bed.
- The room tariff is exclusive of all taxes. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable. The standard check-in time is 12.00 and the standard check-out time is 10.00.
- The guest will be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.
