RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
• Full payment is required to be made at the time of reservation.
• For cancellation made in 4 or less days prior to arrival, a cancellation charge of 75% would be levied.
• For cancellations made between 7 to 5 days prior to arrival, a cancellation charge of 25% would be levied.
• Any change in the dates of reservation, shall be subject to availability. The decision of the management in this regard will be final.
• The cancellation policies listed above are not valid during certain extended weekends and other times of the year. The guests will be notified of the revised cancellation policies for visits during these times, at the time of the reservation.

GENERAL POLICY
• The resort has designated areas for smoking.
• The restaurant and guest rooms are non-smoking.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the no-smoking areas. A one-time charge of INR5000.00 (per room) towards additional maintenance shall be levied on guests who smoke in non-designated areas.
• We discourage guests from playing loud music, to prevent inconvenience to the other guests.
• Parents and attendants are responsible for the safety of the accompanying children who may need supervision in some sections of the property.

How to Reach Hotel Te Aroha in Mukteshwar

Hotel Te Aroha in Dhanachuli is a 6 -7 hour drive from Delhi, depending on the traffic conditions and the time of day you start. The drive is fairly straightforward, with the option to drop-off the highway from either Moradabad or Rampur.

Train: There is a daily train that departs from Delhi at 2240 hrs to reach Kathgodam at 0600 hrs. The train has AC 1st class, two and three tier coaches. The resort is a 90 minute drive from the Kathgodam station.

Most popular Road route to Dhanachuli Te Aroha Hotel:
From Delhi take NH 24 and drive via Gajraula till Moradabad, after taking the Hapur Bypass. Take the Moradabad Bypass and continue driving on NH 24 towards Rampur. Just after the Rampur railway station turn left on NH 87 towards Bilaspur. Continue on the NH 87 to Udham Singh Nagar (Rudrapur), Haldwani , Kathgodam and Bhimtal. After Bhimtal, turn right from Krishi Dwar towards Padampuri and drive on to Dhari and Dhanachuli. At the Dhanachuli bend, turn right for Te Aroha.
