It is situated in one of the quietest place of the town of Ranikhet where you can hear the chirping of birds and the sound of the breeze touching the leaves.

There are total 18 rooms in Hotel West View which is categorized in three types namely Deluxe Room, Luxury Room and Family Suite. There are 11 deluxe rooms, 5 luxury rooms and 2 family suites at West View Hotel, Ranikhet. All the rooms have wooden flooring, beautiful interiors, dark wood furniture and sanitized washrooms. The Luxury room includes living room, bedroom, dressing room and sanitized washroom. The living room has wooden furniture with cozy couches, satellite television and a fireplace. Room amenities include telephone, couches and a study table. The Deluxe rooms are comparatively smaller than Luxury rooms and have no separate living room. Hot running water is available from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM and from 7:30 PM to 10 PM. The hotel provides hot water in buckets if asked in other timings. The family suite includes of four beds.

Dining at the West View Hotel Restaurant will be an experience of reliving colonial grandeur. The restaurant is artistically decorated and dimly lit with china crockery, vases, mirrors and printed wall paper. The multi cuisine restaurant offers Indian, Chinese, European and Thai food. The restaurant also has some outside seatings overlooking the verdant valley. The restaurant also offers light snacks and beverages.
