To build the skill set of students in hotel, restaurant & culinary management and to provide placement in top hotels around the globe RIHM has designed this one –year programme. The programme was started in the year 2002 and is approved by Government of India.

Baking and Confectionery
With RIHM Baking and Confectionery course students get to learn variety of techniques that help them to kick start a successful career in the food service industry. Baking and pastry arts programs offer hands-on training that exposes students to the business skills that are needed to work in a bakery or restaurant. Admission Procedure for courses at Ram Institute of Hotel Management
Admission is done on the basis of written test which comprises of objective questions. On the basis of the merit list candidates are selected for the personal interview. Students failing to appear for the written test and interview can approach directly to the institute for direct admission.
