  • 6:30 to 7:30 Am – Hatha Yoga
  • 7:30 to 8:30 Am – Pranayama
  • 9:00 to 10:00 Am – Sattvick breakfast
  • 11:00 to 1:00 pm – Visit holy temples, waterfall trekking, cave
  • 1:30 to 2:15 pm – Vegetarian lunch
  • 4:00 to 5:30 – Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow Yoga
  • 5:30 to 7:00 pm- mantra chanting
  • 7:30 to 8:30pm – dinner
  • 10:00 Pm - Lights off
