Harsil is surrounded by snow-capped mountains, coniferous forests, and dense deodar. Harsil is inhabited by ethnic group of the Bhutiyas and a small number of Jadhs. Harsil is situated on the way of Gangotri temple at a distance of 24 km from Gangotri. The idol of Goddess Ganga is brought down from Gangotri in winters to Harsil’s neighborhood village Mukhba.
Gangotri is a sacred Hindu temple which is situated in the Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand state. It is one of the four temple in the Chota Char Dham circuit. Gangotri temple is open for six months in a year and closed for the remaining six months due to climatic conditions and heavy snowfall. Gangotri has many places to see near it. The idol of Goddess Ganga shifted from Gangotri to Mukhba village during winters.

Day 1Arrival at Harsil
Arrival at Harsil, Check-in to the hotel and rest for a while. You are free for exploring the beautiful hill station. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Harsil.
Day 2Harsil Sightseeing
After breakfast, Get ready for Harsil sightseeing, we take you to some of the famous places of Harsil like- Sattal, Gangnani, Wilson Cottage, Dharali, and Mukhba, etc. After exploring the nearby area of Gangotri, way back to the hotel. Overnight stay and dinner at the hotel in Harsil.
Day 3Harsil – Gangotri
After breakfast, travel to Gangotri from Harsil. After arriving at Gangotri, Check-in to the hotel take some rest. Visit Gangotri Dham and take some blessings from Goddess Ganga. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Gangotri.
Day 4Departure
After breakfast, Departure from Gangotri. Our services will be finished at Gangotri.
