Mayali Pass is situated at an altitude of 5000m above sea level. The Mayali Pass trek is one of the hidden gen in Uttarakhand. The trek starts from Ghuttu and moves to River Bhillangna. In ancient times, the Mayali pass used to be the preferred trail for the adventurous pilgrims travelling from Gangotri to Kedarnath and vice versa.
Mayali Pass Trek is meant for experienced trekkers only with high physical and mental endurance. This trek takes you through ascents and descents, narrow trails, crevassed glaciers, rocky moraines, and demanding landscapes. The best time to do this trek is in the month of June and September.
Tour Itinerary
Day 1Drive to Ghuttu
Arrival at Dehradun, Travel to Ghuttu from Dehradun. Reach Ghuttu at evening. Dinner and overnight stay at Ghuttu.
Day 2Ghuttu to Reeh
After breakfast, start your trek to Reeh from Ghuttu. Walk in the forest upto Reeh. Initially the trail is mostly parallel along the river and later it’s a climb through the pine forest. Dinner and overnight stay at Reeh in camps.
Day 3Reeh to Gangi
After breakfast, start your trek to Gangi from Reeh. Gangi is a remote village of strong cultural heritage. Today's trek is mostly a gentle climb with a steep section towards the end of the trek. Dinner and overnight stay at Gangi.
Day 4Gangi to Kharsoli
After breakfast, start your trek to Kharsoli from Gangi. Reach Kharsoli by late afternoon. Kharsoli can be identified by a Nallah confluence with the Bhilanganga river. Dinner and overnight stay at camps in Kharsoli.
Day 5Kharsoli to Chowki
After breakfast, start trek to Chowki campsite from Kharsoli. Chowki is a lovely green meadow surrounded by snow-clad crest. Dinner and overnight stay at Chowki.
Day 6Chowki to Masar Tal
After breakfast, start your trek to Masar Tal from Chowki. The route is well defined as we approach the beautiful Masar Tal. Dinner and overnight stay in Camps in Masar Tal.
Day 7Masar Tal to Vasuki Tal via Mayali Pass
After breakfast, start trek to Vasuki Tal. The trekking trail will follow the trekking route of Vasuki Tal from Masar Tal via Mayali Pass which is situated at a height of 16900m. Dinner and overnight stay at camps in Vasuki Tal.
Day 8Vasuki Tal to Kedarnath
After breakfast, start your trek to Kedarnath. Visit the holy Dham of Kedarnath and seek some blessings from Lord Shiva in Kedarnath Temple.
Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Kedarnath.
Day 9Kedarnath to Gaurikund
After breakfast, start your trek to Gaurikund from Kedarnath. After reaching at Gaurikund our trek service will end.
Note:- +01 Buffer Day if required.

Cancellation Policy
- Within 15 days of Arrival Date/ No Show: No Refund
- 15 Days to 30 Days prior to Arrival: 50% of the total package cost.
- 30 Days & More: 10% of package cost (and taxes are not refunded in any case)
- Note: No refunds in case of Road Blocks, Accidents, etc
