Day 1Haldwani to Munsiyari

Day 2Munsiyari to Lilam
In the morning after breakfast trek to Lilam (14km) from Munsiyari via. Gori Ganga River. The trek goes through the forest and fields along the way. Today you will cross the Gori Ganga River. Today trek is a steady descent to Lilam. Post Lunch.
Dinner and Night stay in tents, Lilam Campsite
Day 3Lilam to Bugdiyar
After breakfast trek to Bugdiyar (12km) from Lilam campsite. Along the way, you get impressive views of Munsiyari and Panchchuli peaks. The trail passing through a mixed forest of conifer and bamboo and crosses waterfalls and snow bridges to reach Bugdiyar. Post Lunch. Dinner & Night stay in tents, Bugdiyar Campsite.
Day 4Bugdiyar to Rilkot
In the morning after breakfast trek to Rilkot (13km) from Bugdiyar Campsite. Today’s trail pass through bridges, granite Rocks & Ice streams. It takes 5-6 hrs to reach Rilkot. Post Lunch.
Dinner & Night stay in tents, Rilkot Campsite
Day 5Rilkot to Milam Village
Get up early morning & after breakfast trek to Milam Village (15km). Milam Village is the last village in the trek. It is situated at an elevation of 3,400mts. You will also cross Martoli village. The route to martoli from rilkot is steep climb of 7km. Martoli was a part of ancient silk route of Tibet in ancient times. From martoli village one route goes to the another trek, Nanda devi east base camp trek. You will also cross burfu village after martoli village. After trekking for a few kilometers you reach Milam village. It is the last village in the milam glacier trek and is also one of the remotest villages of Uttarakhand state. Post Lunch

Day 6Milam Village to Milam Glacier - Return to Milam Village
Today the Summit day, Get up early in the morning & after breakfast trek to Milam glacier (4km).
You get mesmerizing Himalayan views. It is the largest glacier of Kumaon covering an area of 37sq. Km. It is the source of the Gori Ganga River. After exploring Return back to Milam Village. Post Lunch

Day 9Bugdiyar to Lilam – Munsyari
After breakfast trek return to Lilam (12km). It takes 4-5 hrs to reach Lilam and then drive to Munsyari (14km). Post Lunch
Dinner & Night stay in Hotel in Munsyari.
