• No Refund : If cancelled 3 days prior to rental date
• 50% Refund : If cancelled 3-7 days in advance
• 90% Refund : If cancelled more than 7 days prior to rental date.

• Bike rental service is available between 8 am to 8 pm.
• Bike can be picked up and dropped off at designated points only.
• Bikes can be picked up anytime after 8 am and shall be dropped by 8 pm. If you are unable to drop the bike by 8 pm, it must be dropped by 8 am the next day, failing to do so will levy the full rental charges for an extra day.
• A security deposit of Rs. 3000 would be charged for each bike in Rishikesh (refundable). Alongwith, you need to provide your PAN/ Aadhar/ Passport in original which will be held by the bike rental provider untill the bike is returned.

Documentation Required to Rent a Bike in Rishikesh
Carry your Identity Proof because, at the time of renting the bike, the rental facility would require you to submit your original ID proof with them for security purposes. The ID proof could be either a Passport/ Voter ID, issued by the Government of India. It is also mandatory for the user to produce their Driving License in front of the vendor at the pickup point.

For Indians: Driving License’s Photo Copy, Original Aadhar Card or Voter Id Card till returns Bike/Scooters

For Foreigners: Driving License’s Photo Copy, Passport’s Photo Copy, Any Original Id Card till returns Bike/Scooters

Security Amount for Bike Renting
The tourists have to pay a nominal security deposit at the time of booking, the charges may vary depending on type of Bike, condition and vendor. This security deposit is a refundable amount secured by the rental facility owner till the return of the vehicle safely at the drop points. The security deposit is refunded once the vendors confirm that the bike is in good condition, the same as it was before it was rented. In case there is any damage to the bike, the repair amount is deducted from the security deposit. Users also have an option of getting it repaired on their own before returning it.

Recovery Policy of Bike for Rent in Rishikesh
In case of any breakdown incidents with the bikes, up to the certain distance, vendors might provide a replacement, but beyond that, the user will have to arrange for the repair work or replacement, if required, on their own. The user should submit the repair receipt at the time of returning to claim the reimbursement in such cases.
