Hotel Aranyam River Retreat - Rooms Information

Aranyam River Retreat currently provides for stay in 16 Super Deluxe Safari Tents with attached toilets/bathrooms. All the tents are well equipped with modern amenities like electric kettles, towels and toiletries etc, air coolers for summers and heaters for winters. The tents are made from latest technology, high quality, weather proof material and are well ventilated.

All the deluxe tents are pitched on elevated concrete floors, ground matting and have well appointed interiors. The tents provide for comfortable hard top cots, with foam mattresses, crisp clean linen, pillows, blankets and quilts. Each tent also provides for two chairs and a coffee table. One bottle of mineral water, per guest per day is provided complimentary from the retreat. The attached toilet tent is of 12’ x 5’ size and has a W/c, tap with bucket and a washbasin. The camp provides for a personal utility kit (soap/shampoo) and fresh towel on arrival.

Dining in Aranyam River Retreat, Rishikesh

In spite of the remote location, we are proud of our menu and the various fresh items it offers. An internationally experienced chef is in charge of our F& B services and we give top priority to hygiene while preparing the delicious food served at the retreat. It is generally a combination of Indian, Mughlai and Garhwali food. Fruits and vegetables are  organically grown and obtained locally.  We provide mineral water in the tents (One bottle per guest per day). The water in the dining area is filtered and purified.

Aranyam River Retreat is located at an altitude of 1,600 feet above m.s.l. and is currently a 6 hr drive from Delhi. The nearest airport, Jolly Grant is located midway between Rishikesh and Dehradun, about 45 kms off the retreat and the nearest Railway station is at Haridwar, about 49 kms away.

Aranyam River Retreat is 250 Kms from New Delhi, 25 Kms from Rishikesh, 13 Kms from Laxman Jhula, 27 Kms from Shivpuri and 45 Kms from Rajaji Naitonal park.
