It's positioned in the Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand state. The glacier is located on the Kumaon Himalayas at an altitude of 3,619mts ASL. It is 23km trekking from liti and located at the villages of Gogina and Namik.

After breakfast drive to Gogina (76km) from Bageshwar. On the way, you will be able to see Kapkot village which is a small and beautiful village. Gogina is located in the middle of ram Ganga valley near the foothills of Nandakot.

In the morning after breakfast trek to Thaltop (14km) from Gogina village. Today you get mesmerizing views of Panchachuli peaks. After few hours you will reach Kimu village, a very small village. Today the route will pass through Namik village. After reaching & spending few hours at Namik village, trekkers will trek to Thaltop. Trek passes through the thick forests which is a pristine landscape with a wonderful mixture of flora & fauna. It takes 4-5 hours to reach Thaltop.

After breakfast trek to Nandakund (15km) from Thaltop. Today you have to cross-ram Ganga valley to reach Nandakund. The complete trek for the day &nandakund will offer the beautiful view of snow-capped peaks and icy mountain ranges of Nanda devi & Nandakot. Such Beautiful silvery views will take the tiredness of the day’s trek away in a moment. It takes 4-5 hours to reach Nanda kund. Nanda kund is the Base camp for the Namik glacier trek. Post Lunch

Today the summit day, Get up early morning & after breakfast trek to Namik glacier (5 km One way ) from Nanda kund. Namik glacier spreads about 3 km in length and it appears as Nandakot peak is just a step away. Trekkers will get some time to relax and enjoy the beauty of snowy peaks and mountains. Spend some time at the summit and descend back to Nanda kund base camp. Post Lunch
