Trek Difficulty Level

  • Valley of Flowers: Moderate trek from Ghangharia with gentle but sustained ascents; suitable for fit beginners with basic preparation.
  • Hemkund Sahib: Steeper and more demanding (~6 km one way) with significant altitude gain up to about 4,300 m; recommended for trekkers with decent fitness and no serious cardiac/respiratory issues.

This package is ideal for:

  • Trekkers should carry prescribed personal medicines; a basic first?aid kit is provided by the trekking team.

  • Woollen cap, gloves, sunglasses, sunscreen, personal toiletries
