The Dev Bhoomi Institute of Technology (DBIT) building presently extends over an area of 100,000 square feet. The majestic building has 25 lecture halls with state - of - art audio video facilities and three large conference halls with a seating capacity of over 1050 students.
In addition to classrooms, there are several required number of Laboratory Rooms for Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Computer Science, Information Technology, and Mechanical Engineering related to the course curriculum, housed with latest lab equipments, measuring instruments and scientific modern gadgets & computers, for conducting purposeful experiments for practical and research / innovation. - Meritorious Scholarship - A meritorious scholarship is given to students based on their merit. The scholarship amount varies depending on the aspirant's percentage.
- Category-Based Scholarship - Aside from the merit-based scholarship, the institute offers six different types of scholarships. These are the categories:
- Uttarakhand Domicile Scholarship – This scholarship is for students from Uttarakhand. Thus, students with a permanent address in Uttarakhand will receive a 25% tuition fee scholarship.

Offline Enrollment in DBIT
The applicant can walk right into the campus and meet with an admission counsellor, who will advise the student on the various courses and eligibility requirements. After receiving all of the information, the student can fill out the admission form and submit a photocopy of the documents. Following review, the applicant will be notified of admission.
