Tour Itinerary
Day 1Reporting & Registration at Hotel in Auli
Arrive at Auli and check in at your chosen accommodation — Auli Ski Hostel or designated partner hotels.Registration, orientation, and program briefing will be conducted by Auli Ski School officials.
Auli Ski School Office: All registrations and initial formalities will take place at The Ski Story Café (Casa Himalaya Resort). Participants must report to the registration office first — from there, our team will assist you in reaching your allocated accommodation based on your selected package.
Day 2Full Day Skiing
After Breakfast drop to Skiing Ground & full day for Skiing.
Today you will start your Auli Skiing Course for 2 Days with Same Routine. Your Activity for the rest of the four days will be as follows :
- Introduction and meeting with ski instructors of Auli Ski & Snowboard School (1st day)
- Equipment orientation and briefing (1st day)
- Ski lessons from 10 am to 4pm (all 4 days)
Lunch, dinner and overnight stay at Hotel / Guest House, Auli.
Day 3Full Day Skiing
Ski lessons from 10 am to 4pm. Timely meals and overnight stay in a deluxe hotel in Auli.
Day 4Departure from Auli
Early morning departure from Auli after breakfast in case you have bus to catch. Otherwise you can check out at normal timings. Trip ends with fond memories of Skiing and Majestic beauty of Mighty Himalayas.

- 5 nights accommodation in hostel stay in Auli.

- Guided training by experienced local ski instructors.

- Chairlift tickets & certification
- 2 round-trip chair car tickets per person (valid for Days 4 & 5).
- 4 tickets for Auli Ski Lift per person (valid for Days 4 & 5).
Package Exclusions
- Travel from City of Origin to trip start point (Auli or Haridwar) as you opt and back
- Accommodation in Haridwar / Dehradun / Rishikesh. We can arrange this at extra cost
- Travel Insurance or any other kind of insurance(participants are advised to obtain applicable insurance on own)
- Any accommodation, travel or transport (or upgrade thereof) outside of itinerary for any reason
- Costs and expenses for medical treatment in case of evacuation or in case of any medical condition or emergency or otherwise for any reason
- For family group, maximum 02 kids (below 10 years of age only) can be accommodated in a room. Extra charge of Rs 1,500 per child, per day will be payable towards meals, bedding, skiing/snow activities
- Rental for additional ski equipment (eg ski suit, gloves, snow goggles, snowboard, etc). Such equipment is available on hire
- Instructor fee for personalized instructor (Rs 2,000 per day, per instructor)
- Tickets for Joshimath-Auli-Joshimath ropeway or charges for extra Auli Ski Lift or extra Auli Chair Car ride
- Charges for evening sightseeing in Joshimath
- Meals other than B,L,S,D as indicated in the itinerary or charges for mineral water, other beverages or drinks Non-veg option is only available for dinner at additional cost of Rs. 300 per person, per dinner)
- Any bills/expense of personal nature or any gifts, sightseeing, tips, donations, helicopter ride charges, etc
- Any drinks, gifts, tips for the instructors, etc
- Any other cost or expense which is not specifically included in the price inclusion
Important Information
Note: Skiing lessons may be aborted or cancelled in case of unfavourable weather conditions, keeping in mind safety of the clients. Instructor’s decision on this will be final and binding on clients

Cancellation Policy
- Within 15 days of Arrival Date/ No Show: No Refund
- 15 Days to 30 Days prior to Arrival: 50% of the total package cost.
- 30 Days & More: 10% of package cost (and taxes are not refunded in any case)
- Note: No refunds in case of Road Blocks, Accidents, etc
