After breakfast trek to Bugdiyar (12km) from Lilam campsite. Along the way, you get impressive views of Munsiyari and Panchchuli peaks. In the morning after breakfast trek to Rilkot (13km) from Bugdiyar Campsite. Today’s trail pass through bridges, granite Rocks & Ice streams. It takes 5-6 hrs to reach Rilkot. Post Lunch.

Get up early morning & after breakfast trek to Milam Village (15km). Milam Village is the last village in the trek. It is situated at an elevation of 3,400mts. You will also cross Martoli village. The route to martoli from rilkot is steep climb of 7km. Martoli was a part of ancient silk route of Tibet in ancient times. From martoli village one route goes to the another trek, Nanda devi east base camp trek. You will also cross burfu village after martoli village. After trekking for a few kilometers you reach Milam village. It is the last village in the milam glacier trek and is also one of the remotest villages of Uttarakhand state. Post Lunch
