- Transportation from Chakrata/Dehradun will be on additional costing
- This activity only involve visit to Kimona fall and water/rock rapelling
- Water rapelling is subject to weather, accessibility and water flow in the waterfall. Instructor/Guide decision will be final. Rock climbing will be done instead of water rappelling, in such a case.
- It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have certain kind of allergy (especially for food) or any serious health issues kindly inform us in advance.
- We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
- Company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the course of the tour.
Cancellation Policy
- Within 15 days of Arrival Date/ No Show: No Refund
- 15 Days to 30 Days prior to Arrival: 50% of the total package cost.
- 30 Days & More: 10% of package cost (and taxes are not refunded in any case)
- Note: No refunds in case of Road Blocks, Accidents, etc
