Tour Itinerary
Day 1Rishikesh to Joshimath
Start your journey from Rishikesh around 6 AM. Reach Joshimath around 4 PM. Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 2Drive Joshimath to Karchi. Trek to Akhrothetta
Gradual ascent through the forest covered with oak & maple trees. Reach campsite, hot lunch will be provided followed with tea snacks, soup & dinner
Day 3Akhrotghetta to Khullara Trek
Moderate ascent to Khullara through brown oak forests on all side. Enjoy the view of the beautiful mountain views reaching campsite.
Day 4Khullara - Kuari Pass - Khullara
A long day with the climb to the Kuari Pass with the steep ascent. Join Lord Curzon trail and reach the top. There’s a list of mountains from the trail as of reading a menu card. Get back to the campsite after having your packed lunch
Day 5Khullara to Karchi village. Drive to joshimath
After breakfast trek down to the village via same trail. Packed lunch will be provided. Reach joshimath stay in hotel.

Charges of offloading backpack are Rs 1200 per bag weighing not more than 11 kgs. Backpack should have Waterproof cover. Suitcases/trolleys/ bags will not be allowed.

Tips for Kuari Pass Trekking
- Being a winter trek, the weather will be cold, temperatures low or below freezing point and snow. Clients are advised to pack suitable winter clothing and footwear for winter/snow trek.
- Trekkers are advised to consult their physician and take suitable preventive medication (if prescribed) as a precaution for high altitude sickness.
- Trekking on any particular day may be aborted or cancelled in case of extreme / unfavourable weather conditions, keeping in mind safety of the clients. Trip leader’s decision on this will be final and binding on clients.
