Tour Itinerary
Day 1Rishikesh to Joshimath
Early morning (5:30 am-6:30 am) arrival and pick-up from Haridwar Railway Station. We start our drive to Joshimath (via Devprayag, Rudraprayag, Karanprayag and Nandprayag). Breakfast and lunch on the way. Reach Joshimath and evening free to relax and acclimatize. Dinner and overnight at Joshimath budget hotel.
Day 2Joshimath to Govindghat (drive) to Ghangharia (trek)
Post early breakfast, you drive from Joshimath to Govindghat (a small hamlet situated on the confluence of Alaknanda and roaring Laxman Ganga and start point for the fully escorted treak). Govind Ghat to Ghangharia (base village for Valley of Flowers and Hemkund Sahib) is a beautiful trek route with magnificent views and river accompanying you throughout. Hot lunch on the trek route. In the late afternoon, arrive at Ghangharia on the banks of Laxman Ganga. Dinner and overnight stay in Ghangharia budget hotel.
Day 3Day visit to Valley of Flowers - Ghangharia
Post breakfast, start our fully escorted trek to Valley of Flowers. The first part of the trek is through thick forest along the Pushpavati river. Later we trek in the open meadows. Arrive and explore the area. Witness several varieties of rare flowers including Blue Poppy, Potentilla, Geranium and and hundreds of others. Packed lunch, flasks full of hot beverages as well as assorted refreshments will be arranged. Return to Ghangharia in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4Ghangharia to Govindghat (Trek) - Joshimath (Drive)
Post breakfast, we start our trek from Ghanghria to Govindghat and then drive to Joshimath. Hot Lunch on the trek route. Dinner and overnight at Joshimath.
Note: Time permitting, we will arrange for sightseeing in Joshimath.
Day 5Joshimath to Haridwar/Rishikesh
Post early breakfast, we start our drive from Joshimath to Rishikesh/Haridwar. Our trek services will end at Joshimath and tour service at Haridwar/Rishikesh.

Package Exclusions
- Accommodation at Haridwar/Dehradun/Rishikesh. At extra cost, we can arrange for the same
- Travel Insurance or any other kind of insurance(Trekkers are advised to obtain applicable insurance on their own)
- Costs and expenses for medical treatment in case of evacuation or in case of any medical condition or emergency or otherwise for any reason
- Any accommodation, travel or transport (or any change/upgrade thereof) outside of the above itinerary for any reason
- Charges for helicopter ride between Govindghat to Ghanghria and back
- Hire charges for mules/porters/equipment if hired by trekkers for personal ride or extra personal luggage
- Charges for hot water at Ghangharia (Rs 50 per bucket). Hot water geysers are available in Joshimath
- Entry tickets to Valley of Flowers for foreign nationals
- Charges to carry camera/video equipment inside Valley of Flowers
- Meals other than B,L,S,D as indicated in the itinerary or charges for mineral water, other beverages or drinks
- Charges for helicopter ride, ropeway, chair-car or any sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary
- Any expense of personal nature or any gifts, sightseeing, tips, offerings, Pooja expenses or donations
- Any drinks, tips for the guide, porters, drivers, etc
- Any Alcoholic Beverages and en-route expenses like (Mineral Water, extra meals)
- Any other cost or expense which is not specifically included in the price inclusion
Cancellation Policy
- Within 15 days of Arrival Date/ No Show: No Refund
- 15 Days to 30 Days prior to Arrival: 50% of the total package cost.
- 30 Days & More: 10% of package cost (and taxes are not refunded in any case)
- Note: No refunds in case of Road Blocks, Accidents, etc
