Thrill Factory Shivpuri ensures that each customer visiting is safe and secure. There is a high degree of importance to operational, technical and environmental safety. Apart from regular training sessions a thorough daily inspection is done by a dedicated team of professionally qualified people. Leakages electrical connections, harness and belts, emergency stops, condition of ropes, locking pins, Teflon wheels and physical and mechanical strength of structures is part of our daily inspection.
In light of these guiding principles every ride and equipment at thrill factory undergoes a certification process by the renowned agencies which certifies each ride from inception to installation on detailed safety aspects and training of the staff. Only after this certification is complete is the NOC to operate the ride applied for with the concerned Government agencies. At thrill Factory, time to time inspection of each ride in order to re check the standards laid down by them.
Every operator deployed on the rides is technically qualified and certified. Training programs and ride drills are a regular feature. Evacuation drills, disaster management, fire fighting, first aid etc are few of the topics that are taken up in practical training sessions regularly.

All visitors are requested to go through the below listed set of rules before purchasing tickets/entering The thrill Factory.
- Ticket is non-refundable, non transferable and void if altered / tampered.
- It may be possible that one or more rides may not be operational for reasons beyond our control. We request you to bear with us and enjoy other rides instead.
- Carrying of food, alcoholic or other beverages from outside is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to deny admission or to ask a person already admitted to leave the premises, for failure to comply with any of the rules, or for unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior.
- No Fire Arms/ Weapons are allowed in the premises.
- Expectant mothers, persons with heart conditions, nervous disorder, blood pressure and neck or back injuries should adhere to the safety advice given outside each ride. Certain rides are high in thrill quotient and hence should be completely avoided by them in the interest of their own safety.
- Guests are requested to take care of their belongings; the management will not be responsible for any loss of articles.
- Management reserves the right to close/shut Thrill Factory in case of climatic conditions like rain; storm, etc. for the safety of the guests.
- No two offers can be clubbed together.
- The management reserves the right to change the park timing, rates & any terms conditions without any prior notice.

Q: What are the Thrill Factory timings?
A: Thrill factory opening timings are from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm. The shops are open till 09:00 pm while the restaurants take last orders before 11:00 pm.
Q: Does it have a proper parking area?
A: There is a big parking with a capacity of 200 cars and 100 two wheelers which is guarded round the clock.
Q: Who owns this place?
A: The shivpuri thrill factory is owned and managed by Kingdom of Dreams, Gurugram.
Q: In case it rains do the rides stop?
A: Yes, most of the rides but only temporarily. Safety being our first priority it is a standard practice to put most of the rides on hold. As soon as the rain stops these are resumed immediately after cleaning.
Q: Are there any group discounts?
A: Yes, we offer discount to groups which have more than 20 persons. The discount will be applicable for school and college students, big family groups, corporate groups. We might not be able to provide discount for long weekends, festive holidays.
