Jim Corbett National Park: It is the oldest national park of India named after Jim Corbett a British hunter who gave up hunting. Jim Corbett National Park was founded in 1936 as Hailey national park in the Nainital district of Kumaon region of Uttarakhand. The park covers an area of 521sqkms.
