How to reach Pantnagar
By Air: Pantnagar has its own domestic airport which operates flight to major destinations across north India, there are four weekly round trip flights from the airport to Delhi.
By Rail: Pantnagar is connected by two railway stations:
- Pantnagar Station at Nagla on the Bareilly-Nainital Highway, It is located in the Pantnagar town.
- Haldi Road Station at Haldi Road on the Delhi-Nainital Highway, at a distance of 4kms from Pantnagar. Both these stations are connected to the Indian railway network.
By Road: Pantnagar is well connected through Roads with all the major cities in the state and outside. Bususe to Pantnagar are available from ISBT Anand Vihar, New Delhi and takes about 5 hours to reach. Pantnagar bus stand is about 7 km from the Pantnagar city centre. You can hire a taxi, auto-rickshaw or a bus from the Pantnagar bus stand to reach Pantnagar city centre. Pantnagar is well connected to major parts of Uttarakhand by well mettled roads.
