The cancellation policy for Pangarchulla Trek Packages is as follows: No refunds are provided within 15 days of the arrival date or in case of a no-show. For cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total package cost is refunded. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the arrival date result in a 10% refund of the package cost, excluding taxes. It's important to note that no refunds are issued in the event of roadblocks, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
