Day 1Govindghat - Ghangaria
Meet our representative at Govindghat in morning. Start the trek to Ghangharia. Overnight stay and dinner at Ghangaria hotel.
Day 2Ghangaria - Valley of Flowers - Ghangaria
After breakfast, gear for the trek to Valley of Flowers. Overnight stay at Ghangaria.
Day 3Ghangaria - Hemkund Shahib - Ghangaria
After breakfast we will head to Hemkund Sahib. Overnight stay at Ghangaria.
Day 4Ghangaria - Govindghat - Joshimath
After early morning breakfast, we will trek down to Govindghat. Our Trek services will end at Govindghat. You can continue journey afterwards.

- Stay in budget hotel in Ghangharia (Devlok/Kuber or Similar)
- All entry fees and permits whichever is required for trek.
- Accommodation:- hotel/homestay in base camp site , camping during Trek.
- Qualified & certified trek Leader, Guide ,Porter and Support staff.
- First aid medical kits, stretcher and assistance.
Package Exclusions
- Accommodation at Joshimath/Govindghat/Haridwar/Dehradun/Rishikesh. At extra cost, we can arrange for the same
- Travel Insurance or any other kind of insurance(Trekkers are advised to obtain applicable insurance on their own)
- Costs and expenses for medical treatment in case of evacuation or in case of any medical condition or emergency or otherwise for any reason
- Any accommodation, travel or transport (or any change/upgrade thereof) outside of the above itinerary for any reason
- Charges for helicopter ride between Govindghat to Ghanghria and back
- Hire charges for mules/porters/equipment if hired by trekkers for personal ride or extra personal luggage
- Charges for hot water at Ghangharia (Rs 50 per bucket). Hot water geysers are available in Joshimath
- Entry tickets to Valley of Flowers for foreign nationals
- Charges to carry camera/video equipment inside Valley of Flowers
- Meals other than B,L,S,D as indicated in the itinerary or charges for mineral water, other beverages or drinks
- Charges for helicopter ride, ropeway, chair-car or any sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary
- Any expense of personal nature or any gifts, sightseeing, tips, offerings, Pooja expenses or donations
- Any drinks, tips for the guide, porters, drivers, etc
- Any Alcoholic Beverages and en-route expenses like (Mineral Water, extra meals)
- Any other cost or expense which is not specifically included in the price inclusion
Cancellation Policy
- Within 15 days of Arrival Date/ No Show: No Refund
- 15 Days to 30 Days prior to Arrival: 50% of the total package cost.
- 30 Days & More: 10% of package cost (and taxes are not refunded in any case)
- Note: No refunds in case of Road Blocks, Accidents, etc
